It's a newer condo so repairs are minimal (appliances here and there and a plumbing issue here and there).it's in a good school district so it should always be easy to rent, but value is very flat so appreciation looks like it'll be minimal moving forward.Thank you!

If you've purchased in cash, you're not subject to the usual 6-month seasoning period before you can refinance (google the "delayed financing exception").

They were delayed by my plumbing issues, but they came through for me big time.I have now posted the property for rent, and I have 5 showings scheduled for tomorrow (all in a COVID-safe way, per City of Worcester recommendations).

Evictions all cost the same.If you miss or delay and inspection or paperwork they will cut off payments even if its the tenants paperwork.

Keep in mind you will turn this list every few months.If you're main focus is fielding the requests to minimize your involvement there are services that can handle that for far less.
