Seller financing advice

Posted

Hi, I am trying to sell a mobile home and land that i own out right. It is a single wide, so it is hard for buyers to find lenders that will finance them. I am wanting to owner finance the deal so i can collect the total sell price of the land and home plus interest. ( I do not want to offer rent to own) I have buyers waiting on me to finish figuring out my side. Does anyone know of any good note servicing companies ? I’ve thought about using evergreen note servicing. I called local banks too and none of them offer this type of service. When you use this type of servicing what kind of paper work is involved? I also wrote out all my own contracts and property disclaimer, I did a lot of research on what to include ( don’t drag me) i was going to have the buyers sign them at the bank in front of a notary. If anyone has any advice to make this process easy with minimal risk, I would appreciate the info.

Thanks
