If there is a list of items and they have a late payment from a few years ago and a cable collection, then some medical collection from 5 years ago, but everything else is good now.I have a hard time judging that applicant objectively.

Office unless medical there is not much build out and easy for them to move.You could buy a retail condo space only in a center with other owners or just buy your office in an office center.I own my office and have had opportunities to buy other spaces.

However just like doctors you should always get a second opinion.

I can't imagine all you need to learn both about the medical side and the business side.  

I see otherwise extremely intelligent and accomplished people (doctors, executives, attorneys, professors, engineers) lose their ever loving mind during the buying/selling process.
