I would say that you're clear on the timeline of 60 days per the lease as you noted, but would maybe want to consider limiting access to the executor alone, consider going with them maybe and just kindly explain to them that you would prefer only they come in to claim possessions.

You could never expense a full automobile in your situation, but claim mileage as long as you keep good records on distance and purpose of each trip.

Meanwhile he bought a new car ... he left when I filed the eviction paperwork.But if you trust them then you can save the hassle of getting your eviction costs back in small claims, and save a tenant that just had a turn of bad luck those costs too.Good luck.
