We own a manufactured housing community and our real property law states that the community owner may not charge a late fee if the rent is paid within ten days of the due date.

I guess they would go the way of travel agents, cobblers and buggy manufacturers.

I will like any help with abandon manufactured homes.

I attended a City Council meeting where a commercial broker (who specializes in warehouses) presented ideas where the City could locate companies that need office/warehouse space in one building (tech manufacturing companies) and provide them with both in one property.

But I do have tenants that work very odd schedules (I'm in a town with a couple Auto Manufactures) So tenants are not always home and I have to meet my guys there to unlock.

I am not familiar with how long these stores take to manufacture kitchen cabinets and countertops, so you may want to ask.

I went out with another kid my age and we commented on how nice the new condos were to a neighbor, He mentioned the price, which seemed insanely high to use for a condo, and he looked at us and said "Boys, you can't manufacture the water."
