I journal everyday in the current positive, and am on this site everyday, learning a lot,,,,unfortunately, I have never had a mentor, and  I didn't do these things when I was younger, so now I am playing catch up.

I think co-host (paid help) is the only way to go out of cell reach for a week camping.

This small bit of money is all I have to get going,  I am disabled and desparately want to get out of the  "under $25k"  economic prison cell. 

The business plan just went along with the LLC to me , I was lucky enough to have been in the upper management of a Nationwide cell phone carrier previous to this endeavor.

Hey BP,This is somewhat of an obscure topic, but I am confident that someone out there has come across this before and can shed some light:Subject property has a duplex, cell phone antenna tower AND utility company poles on the lot.  

If these things are costing you money and are options for you; Get rid of your cable tv, get on a cheap cell phone plan (total wireless), get rid of payments or leasing a vehicle and buy a beater. 

He also says that you must have a landline phone # associated with your business entity as your cell phone # won't help you borrow much money.

QB is a real huge pain in the buttocks when it comes to consolitaded financial statements more than one user and such...you also need to be darn sure that your A/R or customer ledgers are set up properly for each tenant and that rents are being applied to the apprioriate customer and such....and please make sure you are using QB to its capabilities, don't just use it by plugging in Journal Entries...you need to really minnimize the back office work if you really plan on expansion.If you have the duckets to spend on a high quality software I would most def reccomend Yardi.you can PM or IM me if you need more detail.
