Good Morning everyone I am new to real estate and am looking to purchase my first rental property in Virginia that is tenant occupied. Any clues on how to procure financing for a down payment with bad credit?

Save your money and clean up your credit. Without a down payment and bad credit your more likely to back yourself into another bad corner than be successful in real estate investing
