Look for markets with affordable homes, growing populations and jobs, and diverse industry.

If  a "coach" conducts business so profitably within their industry,why start teaching the competition all about their "secret reipe"?

But I'd need details...what you'll find in this industry is that investors are so hell bent on cash flow that they forget investing in real estate is about controlling assets.

I understand the tech/government/military/industrial complex makes the area attractive from a recruiting standpoint, but for the higher end jobs Amazon could probably move to Bismarck, ND and still attract people.
