RE Agent Recommendations

Hey all,

I am moving to Pittsburgh from Philly, and having seen the comparably lower barrier to entry for purchasing, I am looking to start investing with a house hack in 2019. Does anyone have agents they recommend? Just looking for introduction and possibly set up with auto-emails. For reference, I have spent time as a Property Manager, Realtor, and Construction Manager in my career so I have a fairly high comfort level - don't need a full hand-hold.

Thanks in advance!

Hey @Adam Trosko that's how I got started in Pittsburgh!

I bought a duplex and then kept doing it year after year until I eventually started buying small apartment buildings.

If you want to talk about house hacking here in Pittsburgh I'm happy to share my experience.

As @Sam T. mentioned the facebook groups are a good place for referrals.
