Many investors in my own town wouldn't even be able to find rental properties at the prices I find them at, just because of the volume I do.Rehab, I would pass on it because it doesn't hit my personal rental numbers.

For the better TK operators (i.e. ones who have real volume and real experience) I think there are two other important factors:1) Someone mentioned PM as a profit center which I don't think it really is (there are better ways to make a buck).
