My grandparents seem to willingly help me start my first flip (no green light yet) by funding the operation and obviously I take care of everything else.Just wondering if it’s even a good idea given the current circumstance with COVID and everything else, I don’t want to get stuck with a property I can’t flip, especially when it’s not even my money putting in the work.

I just bought David Greens book on BRRRR and can't wait to dive in.

If you clean all the surfaces on the interior with simple green, you should pass the lead safe inspection.You should get another coating on the flat roof even if you don’t see any obvious leaks.

These were updated at the end of August and it's great to see the industry growing in many areas, even through a year like 2020 😅.There are of course more properties being listed in the green areas, but I believe there's a real shift in travel mindset.

It seems like the way to occupy this niche in CA would be the way David Greene is doing it: traditional sales + consulting for OOS investors.Brokers and agents: Anything I'm missing?
