I would use  this handy man  when I thought he could do the job expertley/ paying him a competive amount of money per jobWhen the  job seems too complex for his level of experience I would go elsewhere for that help.

@Curt Davis of course you are right but the anxiety level and cost factors are what keeps me at home.

Parking lots and sidewalks need to be in good repair, with snow and ice removed, and generally level and free of exposure to slip and fall.
