I need someone in the business who is experienced that I can maybe speak to or sit down with & walk me through some things.

I would recommend working with an experienced "flipper" for your first one if you can.

I'm not necessarily new to the website or forums, but I feel ready now to reach out to the community and get involved with all these smart/experienced people.I currently work full-time in a business development manager role with a security/alarm company.

They experienced that over in New Orleans, when the city levy work all held up just fine but the flooding happened upstream, in places like Laplace and Reserve.I did a flip on a house off Westheimer & Eldridge, and I was required to buy flood insurance. 

Most professional tree guys that are experienced and have insurance are very expensive so it's a case of you pay for it now or you pay a lot more later.
