Hello Stanley: This is why I ask questions, what sometimes seems obvious it does not necessarily compatible with a business model (to name it somehow).I have not yet declined (well, I did informed my PM via email which I can cancel before they let the applicants know), so I still have time to study the reasons why will you consider it.Do you mind explaining what do you see in these applicants (under your suggested conditions) an option to consider?

Your local office may be well be within their rights to change a tenant's voucher to the minimum number of BDRs regardless of gender or age....because the living room will always count as an extra sleeping space.I can only imagine the challenges for case workers that have to change vouchers to the minimum number of bedrooms.
