They think high interest is 6%If you are having troubles finding that bank, maybe try attending a local home-builders association meeting as a guest and see what banks are represented there, on second thought, just find out which ones are members of the association, unlikely you will see Wells Fargo or US bank on the list. 70% ARV is sometimes even a dream for long term customers in good standing in high equity positions with a great track record, exceptional credit score............

As a loan, do not make any other agreements other than a note and DOT, dreaming up things on your own can be more of a problem (that's saying with non-family types), a note and DOT is all you should use unless your state has standard disclosures required, a title company or your bank can probably give you those.

I know it's hard work but listening to the Bigger Pockets podcasts showed me that I could be really good in real estate for I am very hard working, I overcome all obstacles with optimism, I have a strong personality, I am eager, super eager to learn and I am willing to work for free, no matter how much work is required so I can learn from a mentor who is making moves and living a life that people dream of.
