I'm missing the boat and you are much more experienced than myself so I don't doubt you're correct but when you get a chance would you mind explaining it? 

I doubt that many investors would view a rebalancing as attractive.Next question, "is it acceptable to not talk specifically about return of capital"?  

I doubt may tenants have received a Christmas gift from a landlord and they'll remember that next time they have to re up on their lease.

And even if they did, I doubt people in my high school would have care much.

I doubt the lease you have is really any of their business or anything they could easily find out about.  

At that point the rental amount could be seen as interest but I doubt the seller would still want to be on the hook for repairs.  

But I doubt the DOT is dated before the transfer deed. 

It is a good deal for me because I have someone I trust working on the deal and I know beyond a shadow of a doubt they are dang good at what they are doing.  

Only those with such a low tolerance for risk and remain motionless, stuck in fear and doubt, will never benefit from the lessons.I'll bet you'd never trade that education for an e-book, would you?

I even doubt the people who would want to live in this location would search in those places.
