I have been reading up for quite some time and to me, it seems as if partnering up with a US-based investor is the easiest way to get started especially considering having no credit score and the difficulty in finding reliable property managers to sleep sound at night.Would love to hear some experiences from OOC investors who went either way.I have been checking out Kris Krohn who offers an interesting investment opportunity or so it seems.

Most cities/towns are going to have a lot of difficulty with this issue if they don't approach it from a fact & rationale approach when it comes to licensing and permitting; they'd be on safer ground banning it altogether as commercial activity in residential zoning.
