According to the sellers, the tenants auto insurance is paying for the damage to the exterior but they are waiting to find out if the tenants renters insurance will pay for other damage to the interior (mold, broken cabinets, trashed carpet, etc).

Good thing I always make my payments on time and my property tax and insurance are included in the monthly mortgage payments which I have set up auto-pay so as to never fail to send in that payment.

.), data could be auto loaded for the market you're researching.I am aware that, after looking at dozens of spreadsheets not only on this but also other sites, that there exist countless analysis spreadsheets that, for the most part, address a) and b) above but not the rest.If this isn't something that any of our BP members are aware of, I also wouldn't mind contributing to the development of one to whatever extent I'm able.

Paying taxes could be cheaper than not paying them and racking up fines/penalties/interest etc; maybe it has to do with their overall tax strategy; maybe it's on auto pay; maybe someone else is paying and doesn't realize the actual condition of the property; maybe the person has a strong moral compass and feels it's the right thing to do...But if you trying to find contact info... the tax bill gets sent somewhere to someone and it's obviously a good address if they keep paying it.

It's funny that some other RE Investors I know are asking about other business ventures (like auto paper and dealerships) because the RE market is not as lucrative as 5 years ago.

Just because a seller accepts your offer quickly does not mean that you are over paying.Finally, the alert that you received saying that it was a "new listing" was most likely auto-generated from the search that your agent set up for you on the local MLS.

Those companies typically wont make you personally guaranty if you have an LLC and they auto report to D&B (Dun and Bradstreet), Experian business.
