It's not like being in a patio home development where every house is the same so it truly comes down to the opinion of the appraiser plus the opinion of the buyer.

There’s a new development still in the plans to help supply the shortage of student housing being demanded by FIU’s 50,000+ student enrollment.

Price, renovations, ARV, taxes, estimated utilities, prospective rents, etc.  

I would like to make that more of a priority in my life and as such my investment strategies should allow me to work from anywhere in the world.In terms of why I joined Bigger Pockets, I feel it is a great resource to network and develop connections as well as an awesome educational platform.

Getting weak traction on Zillow, I get contacted by prospective tenants from zillow/hotpads (they cross-post) but when i respond, they never reply back. 

I am, however, coming across some discussions mentioning that a prospective lender or bank you'd be working with on the refinance may be able to see that the title on said property was slyly financed to yourself through your LLC and this could/would be likely to trigger a "Due on Sale Clause" which would screw everything up totally??

Welcome @John JacobsI have been doing exactly rental/development and BRRRR, mostly in Berkeley and Oakland.

We will be making an effort to develop our website more so that applicants can see what we're looking for and help streamline the communications back and forth, but this is the first time that that need has become apparent.Thank you for your input and advice.
