There are no mobile homes allowed per deed restrictions.

Some folks are experts at turning tax liens.....others do only mobile home parks....some make a ton solving probate issues or removing tax liens.....you gett my drift.

You might think that you could just dedicate ROW and then build the house, but when you dedicate ROW you need to build the street.

Unless you are a filthy rich doctor or someone who has zero time to dedicate to understanding the biz, why would you want to take the hit on your returns and cash flow?  

I don't know because I paid the $350 and $129 fee to register the house just to get them off my back.Yes, there are LOTS of seniors out there, but they stick to the plethora of mobile home parks and absurdly cheap seniors only housing tracts.
