Dear BP members,After a while I have found a flat in Prague which suits my flipping idea.

I'll find out more tomorrow after talking to the county but was just curious if anyone has a general idea of the cost?  

I will start implementing these ideas and see where it takes me.

If you fear I infringed on the intellectual property rights of others, I assure you, the model home attendant welcomed me to get any design ideas I wanted and to take pictures; and was quite aware that I was not there to buy---they convert lookers to buyers on a regular basis.  

I've never used hard money and have no idea who is better or worse, but at least you'll have a list to start from.

It doesn't look precarious, but keeping the structure attached only to the brick is not a good idea for the long term.

The idea is we scout neighborhoods looking for distressed housing, generate a list of leads, and then sell an exclusive list of leads to an end buyer (wholesaler/Investor).

Would love to get together and share ideas and opinions that would be mutually beneficial. 

For years my husband and I have thrown around the idea of getting into the real estate business, but never acted on it.

I have no idea what I'm doing but I really really wanna get involved in real estate early on!
