It's not exploding by any means, it just has a good comfortable growth rate but has scored some good manufacturing plants and recently a new UPS shipping facility in the last couple years. 

It’s always best to have each tenant with their own so they pay for it and there are no quabbling over laundry left for too long, I always do my wash on Wednesday, etc. a shared facility is fine if needed, but you need access (without accessing the other’s personal space) and you need to figure out electric and water.

We leave spices and cooking oils as well....

@Greg Cook I personally think this depends on your portfolio size.

The basement is a common area (boiler and hot water heater) with no privacy and no bathroom facilities; however, it does have a window and two doors (one to the the backyard and the other to the the first floor) .

In cook county so I know I need to give her a 60 day notice.

With rate increases the profit margins are smaller than they were at the beginning of the year, and taxes in Cook county are quite high.

I got busy looking for ideal areas - considering growth rates, crime rates, school district quality, business development, public access, health care facilities, etc.

@Dillon Cook Thanks for the your advice I paid 230,000 for the house and been appraised at 360,000 also my property manager said I can get 2200 a month in rent.
