Im also stuck on deciding that if i keep analyzing properties and i happen to find a great deal and it requires me to move sooner than my lease is up in Charlotte,Nc do i consider ways to get out of my lease or postpone till my lease is up?

That's for every investor/homebuyer to analyze through their own respective lens.

Moreover, over time, you will develop a deep understanding of what's really out there which will help you analyze future properties in those areas very quickly.I sadly don't have any templates to share at this time - you have quite a lot of different ideas so I guess you'll need to do a bit of work to get those in place, however it should not be too difficult :) All in all, I'm happy to see you getting started which in my opinion is the most important thing.

I'm having trouble with analyzing the deal and deciding what a good offer price should be for the lots.
