Actually it's good drawback which means they are serious lender/brokers.But at the same time, they should also give compensation at the end, for example giving credit or such or faster closing.

Yep, the real estate there is stupid expensive and super expensive to build, get materials there, and there's a shortage of actually private real estate, so it's rough.
