I'm wanting to connect with investors in my area to talk real estate,  my friends are tired of hearing about it.

I have talked to agents but have not found them all that useful.

I'd start by talking to your neighbour and asking them to split the cost 50:50 saying that the longevity is reduced because their dog keeps jumping up on it.
