Hoping to find investor to flip some of these cheep homes.Im a electrician with 15 years been doing everything for 4yrs.Electric -done everything from service updates total rewires add outlets lights fans low voltage phone thermostat.( Anthony "Monk" Laurenza) electrical inspector told me to use him as a referencePlumbing- total replumbed houses add baths repairs replaced old cast iron drains used pex copper pvc repair and added gas pipe black pipe and gastight.repair/replace hotwater tanks both gas and electric.Drywall/finishing-repair drywall or plaster total guts went over old plaster textured ceilings.Trouble shooting and repairing furnaces/boilers-replaced furnaces with 90+, trouble shoot and repair pressure switch gas valves rollouts computers igniters .Paint-good at cutting in rolling (repair holes and cracks using tape mud 20min mud caulk)Windows/doors-repairing cutting glass and glazing replacing .replacing/repairing doors interior/ exterior.Also been doing maintenance on 30+ rentals for 2yearsNot much carpet, roofing,siding.Thank you, Travis [email protected]

My tenant has been complaining of an occasional knocking sound coming from the upper half of an interior wall. 

Hi Mike, Sam,I own 5 properties in Pueblo and several of the units are in much need of interior refurbishment -- specifically kitchen and bathroom re-models.  

I see this as a problem as one like myself can not give proper damage information to an interested investor if neither of us have access or have seen the interior of the property.

The inspector passed the interior, but he said that I should paint the garage and the exterior of the house, but to not worry that I would have 5 years to complete that.  

Have always been interested in Real Estate investments and I am an extremely handy individual having done extensive home improvement projects such as adding a 3 season porch to my home, building a wrap around deck, residing, and extensive interior work to my home and both of my son's houses.  

The big items in this rehab includes:  -- landscaping - trim trees, remove weeds  -- remove popcorn ceiling, interior paint  -- kitchen/master bath/guest bath - replace counter top and sinks, re-paint cabinets, replace lighting and appliances (kitchen only)  -- garage - replace garage door, remove existing carpet (yes, 50% of the garage is covered in carpet), paint  -- doors - replace all doors   Would really appreciate your recommendation(s)! 

If it appears to be from the interior, also look at the blinds to see if there is any damage there as well. 

It does look nice - I did not expect that interior from the outside pic. 

Bank Owned REO (Foreclosure).The court auctions come with liens and/or occupants that your responsible for, they want a huge non refundable deposit and you usually can't see the interior of the property.
