As a local Boston RE agent, I frequent the Boston Investor Guilds in Somerville often as well as some Needham and Norwood ones.

We deal with it frequently enough when we are working with an uncooperative or disorganized property manager.

I think if I had to pick one thing that impressed me most at your syndication workshop is how you guys had projections for a 10 yr hold, jic the you-know-what hit the fan, especially after such a long bull market.
