., I would gladly cross a non-busy one lane street to pick up a crisp $100 bill, but I wouldn’t cross a 8-lane highway blindfolded in hopes that I would make it to the other side to pick up a $1 bill) and that’s what I’m hoping to learn from the seasoned note experts here—how to identify what’s a good risk and a bad risk from a very conservative viewpoint.

not an expert but merely having the license holds you to a higher standard as your presumed knowledge base is higher than the "average" non-licensed consumer.

I'm no college expert or anything, but all my buddies who got general, non specific degrees (like management) and weren't at the top of their class weren't happy about making 30k less than me.

Can't comment on most, but Id say on 6, it would depend just how long you guys plan on holding the property. 5 Id do garbage disposal just cause I figure itll be cheaper to replace that than to replace the drain line (since it would prevent anything large from going down), but only if its a middle class rental.Again, no expert, just my thoughts.
