I've got some experience chasing campers away.You simply can't host them and maintain a rental that you would be proud to own.The approach I took was to keep the area as well maintained as possible.

I host a monthly local investors meetup at Johnny's Irish Pub on Culver/Merchants every last Wednesday of the month starting at 7pm, you should come and network and meet other local investors!
