Has anyone used any software programs for a rehab/remodeling project?

Now the months where there are no repairs or extra bills and all you do is write one check to the mortgage company and cash your rent checks it will be a pretty good wage.

Hi Martin,I don't know what the "best" way is but, we prefer to do it formally (in writing) with a note in a sealed envelope attached to the door.
