Hey Ladies!

I agree with having the machines, but my agent, property manager, and the other lady (not sure of her job title, but she works at a tile store and helps with decorating and renovating) all said I shouldn't have the machines. 

So in my mind those who graduate from those institutions really get a leg up on the rest of society.. but like anything not all of those who graduate from those schools go on to have fabulous careers or life.. just look at the lady from Thernos she just got indicted..

I've been on the phone with a lady who is out of state.

if those dogs attack and injure someone and they are living on your property your going to be in major issues if someone sues.. no question about it.. there was a case here last month in Vegas family pitt  never did anything then for some reason it attacked the older lady in the house son comes to rescue has to shoot the dog bullet goes through dog and into her leg.now she has severe bites and a bullet wound ..

I recall on several occasions having getting a really nice older lady on the other end of the phone who will just talk your ear off for an hour or more.

I would like to encourage the young lady to keep trying and maybe work towards doing a legitimate rehab. 

If everything had worked out in his favor and the guy wasn't a jerk, would he have been so concerned about the poor old lady being ripped off then??
