Like most older homes built in the 50's and 60's, especially on this street, gutters are non-existent.  

Buffalo changes not only block by block, but street by street.  

All of a sudden a car pulls up to the front of the house (parks on the street facing the wrong way)  jumps out of his car, runs up the lawn and flings the front door open and flies into the house.  

They would have no choice, other than living with their parents or on the street.

Also, I'm not sure many people know this but listsource.com has an Absentee Owner setting that allows you to search by city, state AND street.

Throwing out an advertisement for money is much like opening a violin case on a street corner and playing some ho-down tune.

I would love to become involved with downtown Racine at some point (Main Street).

Some of the toughest streets in the city are in that area.

If they're like "well, I'm moving down the street" or some matter-of-fact reason then they're not motivated.

Currently I'm researching what else I can do to put to get this man off the streets.
