Hey BP, I am Juan Nunez currently living in Orange County NY.Back in 2007, my wife and I try getting into the REI, we started out forming a LLC, my wife got her Real Estate license but we didn't follow through with the investing. when I look back I would say it was because a lack of knowledge, fear and no direction.We are looking to find our niche in buy and hold, property management, looking forward to being a productive citizen in this BP community.Juan.

One of the guys (the president) has been in the real estate business for about 20 years and the other guy has been doing marketing for about 20 years and now, among other things, teach a class for$67.00 per month.Keep whatever niche you select to a simple task and keep it simple, when you start.

I have done some brief but extensive research on what "strategy" and "niche" I should pick up in order to create the best cash flow and stability, in which my best interest and realistic goal would be to invest in a multifamily home with the buy and hold strategy.
