I would really appreciate any tips and pearls of wisdom you are willing to share ho help me navigate through the many hurdles of being not only out of town but out of continent!

Most every other market, there is sort of an unconscious realization that no one learns what they need to know all by themselves, and therefore information is shared freely (in the sense of no restrictions, not necessarily in the monetary sense).Interesting to think about, if nothing else.

Search the forums here for podcast and you can find many of the most popular ones.That coupled with the forums here and your local REIA and you are hooked up with more wisdom than you could ever get from one $1000+ boot camp.

The banks are not eager to talk and do not mind taking it, in all their wisdom, they might feel they can make more money for a house in demand.

We estimate (very very roughly) that the house could be worth $225k to $250k when renovated.I guess I'm not sure what the point of this post is...maybe words of wisdom, advice, and I just want to talk about it!
