And that he needs to set up a Property Management Team (electrician, plumber, handyman, carpenter, landscaper, drain service, accountant, attorney, etc.) to run his new Investment Property business  He thought he was so much smarter than me (I have 30+ years as a Landlord) and was so proud that he had already signed up two of his properties with AHS and was in the process of signing up a third property. 

You should start your eviction process at the local courthouse in the city where the property is located.

If you're investing $10-15k to increase the property's value by the same amount, it might not be worthwhile.Hope this helps clarify your decision-making process!

However, in austin, you are at the mercy of the permitting process, so there's no way to guaranty that your sign company will be able to procure a permit for the billboard.Also, austin is NOT allowing any new billboards inside city limits.
