Threw me for a loop because here in CA it's the exact opposite, things get more expensive closer to jobs...KC "traffic" hasn't caught up to that of larger metropolitan cities throughout the US.

Once you prove the concept, refine your systems, gain traction with website traffic, etc. then you could pivot and build it into a lead gen source where you sell the leads off to agents and/or sell services to them such as the ability to post listings, place banner ads, etc.I like the concept.

i have recently done some fbook ads, ran a couple for website clicks, mainly run all mobile traffic, i targeted 35-55 area and mainly males. i was also targeting people likely to move, who lived in their home 3-6yrs. were homeowners, excluded renters on one ad set. and also was targeting single family homes

I was an air traffic controller in the Army, bearings, azimuth and back azimuths are basic, same with pilots (I believe like yourself) even those who become disoriented (lost) LOL.

Napoleon Hill, Dale Carnegie, Gitomer, Rich Dad/ Poor Dad, Cashflow Quadrant, Trump's "Think Big & Kick ***" and "Think Like a Billionaire"), I'm working on the Trump University's "Real Estate 101", and I've got "The Art of The Deal", "The Best Real Estate Advice I Ever Recieved, and Kiyosaki's "The Real Book of Real Estate", plus about a dozen more on their way from Amazon (Thanks to a bunch of loose change and the CoinStar machine offering no 8.9% fee by choosing an Amazon gift card rather than cash)I WAS going to check out one of the local AREIA meetings last night but clearly last night just wasn't the night for me (got out of work late, had directions on my blackberry and the battery died, then my car overheated in traffic...
