Threw me for a loop because here in CA it's the exact opposite, things get more expensive closer to jobs...KC "traffic" hasn't caught up to that of larger metropolitan cities throughout the US.

Once you prove the concept, refine your systems, gain traction with website traffic, etc. then you could pivot and build it into a lead gen source where you sell the leads off to agents and/or sell services to them such as the ability to post listings, place banner ads, etc.I like the concept.

i have recently done some fbook ads, ran a couple for website clicks, mainly run all mobile traffic, i targeted 35-55 area and mainly males. i was also targeting people likely to move, who lived in their home 3-6yrs. were homeowners, excluded renters on one ad set. and also was targeting single family homes

If they are all good, or pretty basic with minor traffic or one or two misdemeanors, but still manage to have good income and credit, probably will be fine.6) When you point out the "joint and several" clause, you also inform the group there is a simple procedure to add or remove ANYONE from the Rental Agreement and their responsibility under that agreement.
