@Michael ConteThat is a lot of risk and little reward.A) There is no guarantee that he will be eligible to obtain the mortgage to buy your house.It will ultimately depend on his credit score, down payment, DTI ratio, makes enough income, etc.He may lose business, he may be reporting no income on his return, etcHe may not want the house in 6 months.I would just move on.

@Ashok BhupathirajuJust because you can do something doesn't mean that you should do it.I think you should mention what you are trying to accomplish and we can determine if the steps you are taking are achieving your goal.What benefit are you obtaining by having items run through the LLC while the property is in your personal name.You should consult with an attorney but you will likely be named in a suit if something bad happens just because the title is in your name.

I'm very lucky to be provided leads on a daily basis, so every single day I'm grinding, cranking those calls, and obtaining clients to either pre-qualify or refinance; I don't need to rely on anyone to send me clients, and for that I'm thankful; but I know full well that this is not a solo industry if you want to hit the big numbers, and I plan to!
