The other thing I am considering just taking cash out refi on my primary home to pay for the rental property in full and then subsequently expensing the mortgage on the rental as it will be used to fund my rental.

Eventually, they let her go into the house to use the restroom and the reason she was holding her leg was because she slipped the 8 ounces of cocaine into her pants and the plastic baggies were sliding down her leg.I finally divorced her, got re-married, been married for 23 years and never had an argument with the exception of maybe 2 or 3 very tiny issues so small I can't tell you what they were about.
