so yes,  in the end you will have bank payments,  but as long as you do it smart you will have left over money

From the sound of it, the buyers out smarted themselves by not realizing the due-on-sale was not an issue in this case ... just as they out smarted themselves by not presenting higher offers and by failing to disclose the agents relationship to the buyer.

Couple years ago on a rehab we were having trouble with vandals.We put in both covert and overt video recording devices and let the neighborhood know.The trouble stopped; although the vandals would march by and give the finger to the overt camera.
