We ran lots of scenarios on the numbers for a 2/2 second floor condo unit in Seminole County FL (north of Orlando).

As far as reno's to I've kept it to easy, cheap aesthetic stuff like paint, floors , and adding a backsplash so hopefully I get a decent return.

My thinking is sort of a loft style / 1 floor living because this would future proof us in our old age, don’t have to climb stairs etc and easy maintenance.
