I am considering investing in or near Orlando, Florida, in a Single Family Property, below the median in a high demand area where there are lots of people moving to.

Would they have to go with a non warrantable product or is there some sort of rule that allows it be a new condo building and waive some of the underwriting requirements?

There is a Loan product called a bridge loan with rehab.
