It’s obviously also a pain for the basement unit to be the one who needs to deal with repair people... but that’s manageable with expectation management and appropriate rent.

Overall I have been happy BUT I have never tried to take money out(not including dividend payments) and have heard it "can" be a pain but I cannot confirm.Hope this helps!
