I believe most landlords do a seasonal business since that's where most money is made, but many also offer year-round leases.

Hi @Michael Clay,There are definitely different schools of thought on your approach, but even if you think it might have been a mistake, sometimes we can get away with mistakes :)  If you left a bottle of liquor for a recovering alcoholic, this could have gone south pretty quickly, but it worked out and to your benefit.
