In 6 years $40k of my student loans will be relieved with the Public Service Loan Forgiveness program (since the university is considered public sector) and during that time I can take advantage of a university-paid master's program (once I figure out which one will best suit my goals).

Personal stuff - I love spending as much time as possible with my 5 yr old daughter and the rest of my family, I love fitness (generally work out at least 5x a week), and I've recently developed (better late than never) a passion for real estate investing as a means of 'getting out of the rat race' as well as acquiring knowledge in general in order to better myself and share that knowledge to help others.I haven't uploaded my Pro video yet, but I plan to as soon as I get a moment so my BP peers can get a better feel (beyond the photo) for who I am. 

If tenants are leaving tell him you suggest he clean it up and list it to sell as a retail property as it loses money every month as a rental.If you were licensed you could offer your services to help and still be able to make money on the lead you found.

The home was purchased for $3900 with the rest going towards the rehab.

The major problem being that it's still so very disconnected from the rest of the city.

The form was that we agreed to pay a $325 service fee to our agent.

Get creative and learn something different from the rest.

Remember that deal worked for the company because it had unused capacity that would fully service the trucks.
