If you want to be more aggressive, you might want to contact the police about commission of a crime, especially if any of the neighbors in the video are underage.

If I hire a GC, I'm paying them to get a job done and handle the details for me, I don't want to know the details and problems.How you fire him will depend on your contract, but likely he has breached a term of the contract and therefore you are terminating it, effective immediately, and will notify the local police department that he is not to step foot on the property except to retrieve his tools within 24hrs.

@Huiping ShengEverything depends on your insurance policy, what it covers, and for what $ amount.Your insurance policy will state if it covers putting a tenant up in a hotel when there is damage to the property.Insurance polices will state if they cover hurricane or wind damage or flood.

Seriously I would set a date in writing and if they don't move out then ask the police if they can issue a warrant.
