An analogy being, people might assume a 4 bed house is worth more than a 3 bed house the same size, but they didn't bother looking at the data which reflects that buyers want larger bedrooms, or houses with pools, when buyers have infants and don't want the liability of a pool, etc.Where are you getting your rental data that you are plugging into your software?
