Most cards report minimum payments from a low of 1% of your outstanding balance all the way up to 3% so be careful how much each card reports so that your DTI will be with within what is needed to complete your financing.It's also true most business cards don't reflect on personal credit reports which can help by not being factored in your personal qualification.

Also, if a PM isn’t over a 4.2(being generous)Google rating I question their focus on reputation which typically reflects on that company of how much they care about solving problems and doing the right thing.

An analogy being, people might assume a 4 bed house is worth more than a 3 bed house the same size, but they didn't bother looking at the data which reflects that buyers want larger bedrooms, or houses with pools, when buyers have infants and don't want the liability of a pool, etc.Where are you getting your rental data that you are plugging into your software?
