I live in NJ and don't have a Florida address but LLC formation documents require a physical Florida address as the Principal Business address.

@John VanharaI haven't researched it, but I'm pretty sure my policies are worded that losses are covered if they are direct physical losses, which don't think is going to qualify.

Higher interest rate, they will still run a credit check, fill out a financial statement, 2-3 years of tax returns, operating agreement if LLC, provide Articles of organization, etc.
