I would suggest a company that removes the windows to restore them at a facility off-site, unless this will be a completed gutted site or you are not on a strict timeline due to lead safety and RRP compliance.

From there you can pose targeted questions in the forums and perform deep-dive research etc. 

I really have to hand it to @Joshua Dorkin , @Brandon Turner, and @David Greene for providing a superior unbiased source of information on the site and their outstanding Pod Casts!

So the seller intends to put the property back up on its auction site without disclosing these issues. 

If I close in October, payments don't start until December, so even if I have to go vacant until March, it's the the price I pay to lock in a performing asset for the next decade+.
