Of course the forums a great place to learn and network and in Milwaukee there are several organizations of like minded folks that meet regularly.

The last suggestion I have is a CRM program called Realflow that has a contact organizer, property analysis and repair estimator module.

I've invested in CA, TX, WI and looking to move into the GA space, team building is the objective now, in and around the ATL market. 

It's a great organization and you're bound to meet a ton of like minded investors there.

Hey Tim, To me, it depends on how much you have going on to organize.

We've had bottle caps, other metal objects, paper (its not a shedder, but some don't get that concept and thing anything can go in the disposal)  bottles, dirty diapers, non disposable wiped, female product, paint, motor oil, chemicals, gasoline, trupentine, paint thinner, kerosine........

I have a lot of info in my plate that I need to organize.

Diamond shaped objects dont fit into square holes,,,,dont ask me how I know this!!!
