Some investors are all about cash flow and others are comfortable with limited cash flow out of the box with the added opportunity for appreciation and rental demand (long-term players).

It's essentially like putting the investments in a liability box.

@Ziaur ZahidOh boy, sometimes you have to think out of the box...In the tough Vancouver's market where the average house is $1.4M (similar to LA), using the above strategy my tenants are paying my rental properties mortgages and expenses, paying my personal mortgage and I have quite a cash flow left.
